Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
Jewelry that has been altered or resized by a third party after purchase.
Items purchased on final sale or with a special discount marked as non-returnable.

3. Return Process

Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
